They apply to our website and to the services we perform for homeowners and property owners in Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding areas. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

We provide residential dryer vent cleaning and related services, including inspection, lint and debris removal, airflow testing, and maintenance recommendations. The specific work to be performed will be described in the quote or estimate we provide for your property. We reserve the right to decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and on typical conditions for the service requested. Final pricing may change if the actual work differs — for example, if a vent is unusually long, severely clogged, rooftop-mounted, damaged, or requires additional parts or labor. If the price will change, we will let you know before performing the additional work. Quotes are valid for the period stated, or for 30 days if no period is stated.

4. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

• You agree to provide safe, clear, and timely access to the dryer, vent, and any areas needed to complete the work, including pulling out or making the dryer reachable where required.
• Appointment windows are estimates; arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs running long.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you let us know as far in advance as reasonably possible.
• If our technician arrives as scheduled and is unable to access the property or perform the work through no fault of ours, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.

5. Pricing & Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the dryer vent cleaning we performed, contact us within a reasonable time and we will make it right by re-servicing the affected work. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the service we performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated dryer or appliance issues, damage caused by others, or normal wear and reaccumulation of lint over time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property, dryer, and vent system;
• Secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items from the work area;
• Disclose known hazards (such as electrical, structural, pest, or asbestos concerns) before work begins; and
• Ensure that you are authorized to request service for the property.

8. Disclaimers

We perform our services with professional care. However, except for our satisfaction guarantee and any rights you have under California law, our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that cleaning will resolve every dryer performance issue, particularly where the cause is unrelated to vent buildup (for example, a failing appliance, improper installation, or building conditions).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern California Dryer Vent Cleaning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10. Property & Pre-Existing Conditions

Dryer vents, ducting, and connections can be brittle or improperly installed, especially in older homes. While we take care in performing our work, we are not responsible for the failure of pre-existing materials or installations that were already worn, damaged, or non-compliant before our service. If we identify a condition that needs repair, we will inform you.

11. Photographs

We may take before-and-after photos of the work area for quality, training, and documentation purposes. If we wish to use any photo publicly (for example, in marketing) in a way that could identify your property, we will ask for your permission first.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Southern California Dryer Vent Cleaning and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
